Perfect Image Cosmetic Gynecology was originally created in 2005 as part of First Choice OB/GYN Associates. First Choice, one of the largest OBGYN practices in El Paso, expanded its services to include cosmetics based on the requests of its patients. It immediately became a very successful endeavor, so large in fact that First Choice could no longer accommodate both practices in one office.
Because of this enviable "problem", First Choice decided in late 2007 to open a separate office for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures to allow Perfect Image to grow without concerns about limited space. Just as First Choice had done from its inception in 2003, Perfect Image set the mark of excellence to a level where it would have no comparison; a level which would consistently make Perfect Image the number one provider of services and customer satisfaction in the El Paso area.
Perfect Image prides itself on providing more services, more products, and higher customer satisfaction than anyone else. To set the expectations and standards of our practice any lower would make us feel that we were simply not trying to do our best. From its commencement as a separate identity, this is exactly what Perfect Image has done and will continue to do.
