Dr. Novoa was born in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, MD in 1999. He began his private practice in August 1999 and his OB/GYN practice.
His cosmetic practice, Perfect Image Cosmetic Surgery, offers body modifications for women including AWAKE Breast Augmentation, AWAKE Liposuction and AWAKE Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck). He also offers non-invasive cosmetic procedures including BOTOX®, Fillers, Facial Lasers and IPL systems as well as an extensive list of cosmetic products including Jane Iredale, Obagi and Dermalogica. Dr. Novoa and his staff are proficient on no fewer than 5 Laser and IPL systems for cosmetic rejuvenation.
Aesthetician
After pursuing a life-long interest in skin care, Deidree received her aesthetics certification from the State of Texas. She continues to further her education with courses from Dermalogica, Obagi and other industry offerings. Her areas of practice include treating acne, sun damaged skin, aging skin, rosacea and other skin issues. Expertly applied treatments include European and Pressure Point massage (with extractions), epidermabrasion and specialized operation of high frequency instrumentation.
Deidree is dedicated to providing superior skin care services and products and assisting men and women of all ages to obtain and maintain healthy skin. Her approach is to listen to her client's skin care needs and to work together with them to set realistic goals and to develop a skin care plan that will give each individual his or her desired results. She is currently working towards advancing her studies in the field of medical aesthetics.
Aesthetician
Desirae is an El Paso native who received her esthetics certification through the State of Texas specializing in skin care. As a licensed Esthetician, Desirae has received extensive training in therapeutic facial treatments, providing corrective and preventative benefits, tailoring each treatment to the clients individual needs. Her services include European and Pressure Point Massage, deep pore cleansing with extractions, and professional exfoliation, helping to promote optimum skin health with maximum results.
She is Obagi and Dermalogica trained with post-graduate instruction from the International Dermal Institute. She is also a proficient laser technician and has worked with various lasers including the Candela Gentle Yag, Serenity, Smoothpeel, and Palomar StarLux500.
Desirae has dedicated herself to continuing her knowledge and education in the latest advancements and treatments in the field of aesthetics.
